I have special people in my life, people that may not fit the “standard” because they have so-called societal flaws. Well, those “flaws” are unique experiences which trigger unique characters, making these individuals more genuine and special. I am proud to have such friends, and proud to have known them. This year, I am thankful for everyone I’ve met, gave me confidence in the human race, and made me think differently about life, death, the in-between and beyond.
